2. WhatsApp Bot & Meta Policy Compliance

• Users must comply with all Meta/WhatsApp Terms, Policies, and Community Guidelines.
• Any misuse, spam, or violation may result in immediate service suspension without refund.
• AiServe is not responsible for WhatsApp account bans caused by policy violations.

3. NFC Card Terms & Warranty

• AiServe NFC cards are non-returnable once delivered.
• No warranty is provided for physical damage, including but not limited to: Breakage, Water damage, Scratches, Wear and tear.
• Functional issues related to initial manufacturing defects may be reviewed at AiServe’s discretion.

4. Digital Products & Services

• All digital products, subscriptions, and services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.
• Service availability depends on third-party platforms, APIs, and network providers.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Use services for lawful purposes only
• Follow all Government of India rules and regulations
• Avoid misuse, hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access

6. Data Usage & Retention

User data will be stored for 5 years or until service rules change, as mentioned in the Privacy Policy. Users consent to this data handling by using AiServe services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Service downtime due to third-party platforms
• Policy changes by Meta, payment gateways, or government bodies
• Data loss beyond reasonable security controls

8. Termination of Services

AiServe reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if policies are violated, fraudulent or illegal activity is detected, or required by law or platform providers.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

AiServe may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
